Take them first thing in the morning helps me feel full longer and seems to help me with getting energized for my workout. It goes well with the cotton candy alani as well.

I actually really like these pills they give you a little pep for the day and makes you feel a little mellow. I tried these when they were on sale, for the price I paid the quality was pretty good. I’m not sure about the digestion. I’m not a big eater as it is, but maybe I did notice feeling a little fuller than before especially if you say hydrated, which I highly recommend when taking these.

So far so good, going to purchase again

I have been enjoying taking the fat burner. I do find it to curve my appetite a little bit. I definitely feel more energy in the mornings. I'm going to continue taking it for another month to see if it improves more. Looking forward to another month.
