Unusual application. I placed the second Door Buddy on my clothes washer. It fixes the stale water odor on my front loader. Guess it is a regular problem. Had I known I never would have bought that style. It works great. Allows for a wider gap without the door getting in the way of out exit out the back door.

Door Buddy vs Determined Toddler...

If we're being perfectly honest, I don't have a cat. I have a determined toddler who managed to push his way through and over every gate we used trying to contain him to his room since switching to a toddler bed. (Double doors were a bad idea.) However, our brother in law mentioned the door buddy after using it with his little one and while it's only been a few days, it's been great! such a simple product has given me so much peace of mind. our house is baby proofed but i've struggled with toddler proofing.. Mostly because i don't realize something is a problem until we see our little one climbing up it... **Update...its been 2 months and that very determined toddler has managed to defeat the door buddy. if he kicks his door it loosens the strap as well as he has managed to push on his door enough to pop the hook off the other door (even after we allowed it to set for 2 days before using it initially) Going to try re-adhering it with gorilla glue. Still very happy with the product and will recommend in the future!
