Power Stroke Swimming Hand Paddles

It is a really well fitting product and deliver a lot of speed. The only bad thing is, that the middelfinger sildes out of the lash sometimes.

I found these are a great tool to encourage me to engage my upper back in the pull phase. Can’t use them for a full swim session though.

Paddles

Having great fun using these paddles , concentrating more on catch and pull in the water , slowing the cadence and using the paddles in correct position under the water . This is helping improve muscle memory when not using the paddles
