The lemon cake was the first mix we used and we loved it. I used an 8 inch cake pan and once cooled drizzled with a lemon glaze with some crushed freeze dried raspberries. Definitely making again.

Ive made these multiple times and everytime they were eaten quickly! The lemon taste isnt overpowering but you still get that zest flavor

Little too sweet
