Amazing tenderloin, perfectly trimmed

Alpine Butcher's tenderloin roasts are the no-brainer of holiday prep - this was the 3rd or 4th time we've done their Prime Tenderloin roast. Things to know: (1) they come in at/above weight, (2) they're perfectly trimmed, no waste here at all!, and (3) they're perfectly tied. Customer for life. You won't be disappointed!
