Fairness from Vendor

Had ordered from this company before and found their products quite good. However this time I ordered two oils - one was great, as usual; but the other was dried totally at the top and the bottom was too thick to come out. Called and they sent a replacement quite quickly. Was very satisfied. This one was fine.
