Taping Shirt For Men And Women

I have worn this full-body posture vest once. However, I plan to make it a habit & wear it daily. It is excellent for posture, but not ideal if you're in a rush to use the restroom.

Love the concept and the feel while wearing. This shirt really controls my lower back pain. Unfortunately, its just not very practical… tough to wear under a shirt, especially in the summer. I bought two… so for wearing around the house or working in the yard its ideal.

I love this. I feel more comfortable working out. My back has hurt way less & my posture is better. Would totally recommend.
