My lactation consultant recommended this to try to increase my very low supply. It has increased a bit since beginning to take it. It is very strong and bitter, which is not a problem for me, but you should take that into considerstion before purchasing.

I got this for a friend because she said she had supply issues with her first kiddo. I really like these products, so im sure they will do her well!

I’m taking this with the Moringa capsules as part of an induced lactation protocol. I don’t yet know if it will be effective, but I trust the clean ingredients. I take this tincture straight from the dropper and drink water after. It’s not a pleasant experience, but it’s for a great cause so I just grin and bear it. I have since ordered the capsules to take with me out of the house. I need to dose this 4-6 times daily, so the capsules are more travel friendly. I’ll keep with the tincture at home u til it’s gone and then switch to capsules only unless I find somewhere that states they are less efficacious— which I’ve not seen yet.
