Goat's Rue - Tincture

Quick tincture

The taste of this one isn’t amazing but it’s super easy to take and 2 less capsules I have to take. I take it with a swig of OJ or water and it is sooo easy! Still newly takinh it so idk how it’s helped my supply but definitely hasn’t hurt it and excited to continue it!

Other than the yucky taste, it’s a great product! I found mixing it with a shot of orange juice was the best way to take it!

Milk saver

I'm so glad to have products like this to help me feed my baby. I didn't love the taste, but easily put it in empty pill caps to consume. Will make sure to order the prefilled ones next time.
