We love this product. Blue corn has more flavor than plain white/yellow corn grits and hominy nixtamalized are tasty. This product tastes better than the typical store brands like Quaker. I’ve turned my son in law into a “grits-o-holic” the way I prepare it with extra sharp cheddar, chives, herbs, butter, extra virgin olive oil, and turkey bacon.
