Coarse Yellow Hominy Grits

I moved out of the South, and I was thrilled to find high quality grits from a southern company. I sampled a variety: blue corn, white and yellow. They are all excellent. Overjoyed to have a source for grits.

I never had freshly ground grits before, i definitely wont be going back to the big store brands after this

The quick grits are great with solid corn flavor, usual easy cooking, but these himiny grits are amazing. A real kick back to the days when hominy was part of every breakfast on the farm! The enhanced corn flavor is really impressive! Thanks.
