Brain power
Had never heard of this tea but I’m always on the lookout for any type of tea. Surprisingly, the health benefits stated that it helps improve benefits. Well, I swear within days of me drinking I don’t have as much brain fog and more vivid dreams. It really does seem to improve cognitive function. As far as the taste, it really doesn’t have much of a taste and have flavored with fresh ginger.
