Very nice, pleasant Rosmary flavor

I use a lot of rosemary for casseroles along with fish, pork and chicken dishes. This rosemary is a thinner finer cut, meaning younger than most sold. What does that mean with cooking, it does not have a strong, overpowering bitter flavor that you have to watch out for with the thicker leaves, it has just a nice not overpowering rosemary flavor that you are looking for on your dish. Enjoy! You can't go wrong with It's Delish!
