'Di Moda' Name Bracelet

If I could I would leave no stars. Product quality is horrible. Barely lasted 4 days before it started to fade color and a Shape bent. They said to return it for refund. Then once they received it said they only offer store credit why would I order anything knowing how horrible their products are. I wanted something that would last.

I didn't like the chain because it was to easy to rip apart and was hoping it was gold, not copper color or black hills gold??
