Mushrooms!!!
We just took our mushroom bag to the Farmer’s Market and filled it up with fresh mushrooms.
They seem to love the linen- no more slimy mushrooms!!

Works great for mushrooms
This bag is the perfect size for one pound of mushrooms, which it keeps in great shape.
I live in a state where the light green compostable bags are required at food stores. They are awful for storing food. As such, I often transfer food to paper or plastic when I get home. Transferring to the linen bag is easy. They wash well in between batches of mushrooms.

What a pleasant surprise!
After a couple days I looked at some mushrooms I put in the Mushroom Bag and found they had not gotten the least bit slimy and still looked very good. It's a keeper!
