This loose mineral foundation powder is the best I've ever tried. It literally goes on like silk and gives the skin a beautiful glow. I will definitely be purchasing again.

Unexpected €54€ Customs Charge Despite “Free Shipping”

Very disappointing experience. The brand advertises free shipping, yet I was hit with an unexpected €54 customs/import charge from UPS upon delivery. These significant additional costs were not made sufficiently clear when I placed my order. “Free shipping” becomes rather misleading when you unexpectedly have to pay €54 just to receive your parcel. I contacted customer service to ask for an explanation and a solution, but I have received no response so far. Customers ordering internationally should be clearly informed before purchasing that substantial customs, import taxes or carrier fees may be charged on delivery. A very unpleasant and expensive surprise.
