I had an issue with 1 of the 3 controller ports. Went through entire recommended procedures list, verified situation with Scott and was then sent a replacement under warranty. Installed new controller and reconnected Alexa. All back in operation. Best garage door controller on the market and best customer service of any company I have dealt with. Kudos!

Very well put together device. Works as designed. Had an issue with an input from a door contact. Tech support promptly sent a replacement. All three doors work GREAT!
