I sampled the syrup on a waffle, and it was so very good. Brookfield Maple products has long been one of my go-to mail order companies for Christmas gifts. Over time, we have ordered during the rest of the year as well, particularly when we need a barbecue sauce or are craving the maple sugar cotton candy.
