Cranberry & Capsicum - YUM!

Along with The Phoenix, Pink Elephant is definitely in my top three favorites from AGPC. The sweet, richness of the cranberries fills your mouth first, followed by a decent kick that lingers pleasantly for a bit. This sauce is great on everything. I've brought it to my family's Thanksgiving for the past two years as it compliments turkey so well. Angry Goat knocks it out of the park all the time with their hot sauces, and I especially enjoy their fruit-based ones. Their ability to create sauces where the flavors meld together seamlessly is nothing short of artistry. They're consistent, too! I've ordered many bottles and many replacement bottles and the consistency of AGPC's products is unparalleled. There is typically a hand-written message on the receipt from my online orders as well. This is a hot sauce company worth supporting; I know of none better than Angry Goat Pepper Co.

This sauce is so pleasant and fresh. I used it as a palate cleanser. It was spicy, yummy, but best of all so fresh!
