Sturdy First Impression And Fantastic Customer Service

The bag looks very well made and feels sturdy on first impression, it was packaged securely and protected well against stresses of transport. I can't speak on longevity yet but I can already say that the hooks holding the shoulder strap in place are the sturdiest and most trustworthy set I've ever had on a messenger bag. Oh and big plus points to Clémence for responding very quickly and kindly to my questions.
