I have had a wood knife block sitting on my counter for years. When I bought a set of JP knives, they wouldn’t fit, so I decided to go with a drawer storage block instead. The knives fit perfectly, and I feel much safer getting them out of the drawer, and I no longer have that unsightly block on the counter!
