I love this pen! I was looking for a fountain pen I could safely travel with. On a plane ride and a cross country drive from sea level to the Rockies, it worked perfectly and didn’t leak a drop. It’s great looking, functional and writes as well as my Montblanc and Parker.

Very Pleased with My Purchase

I am overjoyed and very pleased with my decision to purchase Opus 88 pens. I own this one and the Demonstrator. Both are a pleasure to write with, very attractive, comfortable, and have enormous ink capacity. It is impossible for me to decide which is my favorite; I like to hold one of them as they are so smooth and substantial, that the feel is pleasing during contemplation and pondering the direction of my story, or the thoughts I want to write.

Super smooooth M nib!

Wonderful wonderful wonderful. Great overall pen. The bottom screw threads are just a touch squeaky but is no cause for concern. It’s well made and the price point is appropriate. The nib is EXTREMELY smooth. I enjoy larger pens and this one feels perfect in my hand, very comfortable.
