Great design, quality and look

Aside from the beautiful rucksack - I purchased the large was which extremely roomy but returned it with absolutely no issues and swapped it for the mini was again is roomy but more manageable. Customer Service is absolutely excellent. They are extremely kind and patient and helpfully guide you through the returns and sure anything that you may not understand. I would definitely recommend the rucksack and again excellent service.
