Hats off to the customer service with PT! I had an issue with the tank bottom boot that literally split from a purchase about 9 months ago. I reached out to inquire to see if it was a known issue (sent pictures for reference) honestly anticipating to purchase a new one, but much thanks to customer service for stepping right up and shipping a new one out at no charge!
