Really love this product for it's longetviity, mositurizing benefits, ingredients, and above all it works for me. I have to buy mulitples because my husband takes mine for himself.

Not my usual experience

Unfortunately, this item was unusable and I ended up throwing it away. I love your soaps and lotions, however, your lip balm was so hard I couldn't use it. I tried to give it some time to soften, but it never did.
