I ordered my food on November 19 after two weeks I canceled my order because they told me that it was lost in the queue and I wouldn’t get it for another two weeks and I have a brand new puppy coming not a very good way to start out with a new client. When I called Customer service a second tome they said that the supervisor was running late and was behind on returning calls ....that was 2 days after my first call....third call I canceled order. I need a company that is reliable. It’s a shame because you had all the things I needed and will have to find a new place Thanks
