This is my first time ordering online from Kriser's. They carry dog food brands that are hard to find and at very good prices. I once previously shopped at their store and the clerk who helped me was friendly and professional. Their website gives lots of information about different items and how best to feed your dog. I am a longtime dog owner but have a new puppy so I was surprised at all the new developments in dog nutrition. I still look at labels and try to do my due diligence. I also had a great chat experience for more specific information. The items I ordered arrived very quickly and were packaged well. Nothing crushed or thrown in in a hap-hazard manner despite the heavy weight of the package. I am very pleased and would recommend.
