We recently ordered 2 leashes and two harnesses, for a newly rescued dog we had just adopted, from EcoBark. When they arrived, they were the wrong color and style. We called customer service to discuss. The representative was very responsive and quickly and professionally addressed our issue. In a few minutes, she had ordered the right colors and styles. We wanted to arrange a return of the incorrect product, but she asked that we donate the products to a local shelter or rescue group.
