The first ornament was delivered with a broken nose, I was so sad as this is my son's annual ornament, but I contacted customer services and asked what I should do in order to replace and fix the nose and they had another personalized one shipped the same day at no extra charge. I love my ornament and I love this company!!! Excellent!
