Poor customer service

Thank you for asking a review. Unfortunately my boots didn’t fit . I tried to send email two times and both were rejected . Then I called customer service the lady told me I am going to receive two emails and receive a shipping slip. I didn’t receive any . The same day afternoon I called again 4 times and each time the same lady hung up the phone on me so I wasn’t able to send the small boots back and re order a larger size. Sorry but I had a very bad experience with tingly online shopping.
