On January 10th, I received an order for one bundle, which I had professionally installed on January 13th. Within days of installation, I began experiencing frequent knotting and tangling at the nape of my neck, along with excessive shedding. I reached out via email to address the issue and hopefully find a resolution, but unfortunately, I never received a response. I have been purchasing hair from this company for three to four years and have never had any problems in the past. That’s why this experience has been especially disappointing. As a loyal customer, I expected at least a response or acknowledgment of my concerns. Because of the lack of communication, I will be moving forward and finding a more consistent and responsive supplier. I truly never anticipated having to say that.
