I was very disappointed with the hair I received. The hair was rough, stiff, and shedding everywhere. I ordered it for my birthday because I expected it to be better than the hair available here in Alaska. I’m originally from Chicago, and I’ve been to your shop before to get my hair done, so I know the quality of your products. Unfortunately, the hair I received was nowhere near the quality I expected based on my previous experience. I even referred people here to order from your business, which I now regret because of this experience. I’m not looking for a discount. I would like either a full refund or a replacement with the high-quality hair I expected when I placed my order. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope you’ll make it right.
