Amazing Online Follow-up and Great In-Person Shopping.

I had placed an online order for these in February. Unfortunately, they were out of stock, and I got an e-mail 4 days later saying I had been refunded and they would notify me when back in stock. "Oh, sure" I thought "That's the last I'll hear of this.". A few days later I got a phone call from an actual salesperson saying the same thing and asking if I'd like to be kept informed when they were in stock again. I had nothing to lose, so I agreed. In June I got an email saying the item was back in stock with an inventory of 144 and would I like to order now. I live in Rochester, NY but my husband had lived in Cleveland. We were planning a trip back in July, so I ordered and scheduled pickup on site to give us a chance to look around. I was SO glad I did. Not only did we get a dozen of these dishes, but spent the morning shopping and bought a whole cart full of entertaining & food prep items we'd been looking for. Going to plan a visit each time we return to Cleveland.
