Your service was excellent and I received my watch in a very timely manner. However, I was deeply disappointed that there were tariffs and duties to be paid. This was not related on your web site. Many companies disclose this fact or will include the duty in the price.

Loved everything about the watch. The packaging, imagery, design, the very nice leather case..took me a while to get used to the 24h format but that's not a big leap. Overall, love the watch, it's very good quality. Not a watch expert so won't comment on the movement and underlying engineering.
