I received the wrong strap. It was mislabeled in the package. I contacted Customer Service and Mikael has been very friendly and helpful. Akerfalk offered me a refund for the wrong strap. Nevertheless, I will have to wait until June 2025 to order the RACE strap because it is currently out of stock.
I am not satisfied with the situation but I am very happy the way Akerfalk has been managed it. Thanks.
