I found the hook sizes were not consistent with other company's sizes. The hooks I received were smaller than the size I intended to order based on past purchases from various other dealers. Also, I don’t like the idea of offering more product upon checking out. When I clicked “Check Out” a popup screen appeared offering me more product which I was not interested in or needed. In my case, I was duped into clicking the wrong button (my fault) and having product I did not want added to my order. Although, Togens was kind enough to delete it from the order upon my email request, I still was left with the hassle of having to go through unnecessary actions to have it deleted.
