Nice Item, but a Little Icky

Holiday gift for my girlfriend, she loves! It did, however, arrive with a few stubborn residue patches on the surface that needed to be cleaned off with rubbing alcohol prior to gifting. She has been raving about the wonderful cool touch it imparts on her facial skin, which looks stunning after use.
