Costa Rica La Pastora Tarrazu 2250g/ 5lb

We fell in love with this coffee while we spent 3 years living in Costa Rica. We would grind this in store and the smell was heavenly. This is a Medium roast and when done as a fresh ground cappuccino at home it delivers a beautiful mouth feel. I don't drink alcohol, but this gives me the sating I am looking for. We buy nothing else (even though Richard and his team of coffee experts will try to get us to do so) as we try a pound to mix it up, but can rarely finish the alternate. We use 5 lbs. every 5 weeks and after input from one of his team, we freeze half and it stays as close to fresh as when we received it. While the price has doubled since we started, we buy value, not price in this category of our shopping!
