I usually order seedlings (sometimes seeds) from Pepper Joe but this year I decided to order all seeds. I ordered over $90 of seed (14 different varieties), got the free shipping and I'm greatful for that. But what happend to the "Free pack of seeds" with every order? Is that promotion over? I thought for sure I would have a surprise pack or 2. or am I asking too much...Anyway, I still love you products.

Wouldn't Buy Again

I've purchased these seeds a few times. The first time the plant grew but no flowers sprouted. The second and third time didn't even bring forth a plant. Will not purchase again.
