Arrived dirty and without a box

It come with just the mat and the cover it comes in, dusty and dirty. I emailed explaining and all they said was to package it up and send it back. I have to pay the fee. Unprofessional and not customer friendly. Don’t order from here until they change their stuff around.

I have a 6x4, but the 7x5 gives me more room.
