Small Crossbody Bag

I would say the quality of the bag is a 5, but the design could use just a bit of help. The shoulder strap is way too long even on the last hole for me (5'5" tall). I don't like the tail of the strap not used flapping around. I would also like a small inner pouch for car fob/keys or house key. They get lost in the bottom. Overall the size is perfect and love the outer pocket for my phone.
