I add this to my breakfast daily either in my smoothie or mixed into coconut yoghurt on gf cereal. It has no taste and therefore does not affect the enjoyment of the breakfast. I have to have protein at every meal and this makes it easy

Have been using this for sometime now. I use a spoonful in my coffee. Will keep purchasing as I think it’s helping.
