Very good, but not as much as I was hoping

The main loop of the game is great, but the distinct lack of variety in what cards do kind of turned me off. I understood this as mainly an engine building game, but it turns out there are very few cards that interact with the resources in that way. Definitely great for someone, but not what I was looking for. Best with 2-3 people.

Seasons is a magnificent card game. One of the best tableau/engine building games out there. This arrived in perfect condition!

Underrated game!

Seasons was a pleasant surprise. Easy to set up, simple mechanics, however the depth lies in the card play. A prelude of card drafting begins the forethought of card use, including separating your initial 9 cards into three hands played in year 1,2, and 3. Dice are your resource collection to pay to Summon cards into play, or add cards to your current hand, or increase your gage to Summon more cards into your Tableau. Clever, interesting game. Keeping this one.
