Both my suncast plastic hose reels developed unrepairable leaks pretty much immediately. It's a new home, I decided to go BIFL and ELEY was recommended everywhere. I've got 2 now and yeah, they seem like they're going to outlast me. Zero leaks and pretty easy to assemble. With design that just makes so much sense you wonder why no one else does it this way.

Excellent Quality

Once again, Eley proves they are the best. I purchased a hose and attachments earlier in the summer. Their quality led me to purchase the hose reel. The reel itself is so well made, and so thoughtfully made. Great details and construction. Installation was fairly easy, very clear what to do. I would recommend Eley and all their products without reservation. They are worth the cost!

★☆ 4/5 We recently purchased our second ELEY hose reel, largely because our first one has performed well for about four years in our relatively harsh Colorado climate. Despite regular exposure to intense sun, temperature changes and seasonal weather, it has remained reliable and durable. That long term performance gave us confidence in purchasing a second reel. Our main concerns are the relatively high price and the difficulty of reaching a live representative by phone\. We were considering purchasing three additional reels, but after being unable to speak with someonue, we decided not to move forward with the larger order. Overall, we’ve been pleased with the hose reels’ durability and performance. While the price and customer service accessibility are areas for improvement in our opinion we would recommend the product based on our experience with its long-term reliability. We wish ELEY continued success.
