Shiitake Mushroom Sawdust Spawn - (Lentinula edodes) - 5lb

Guys, thanks for the quality control on the recent bag of shiitake wide range sawdust spawn. My last two bags I ordered had quite a bit of wood chips in it making my plunger difficult to capture a full load of spawn plug to inoculate my logs. I’ll send you a video of my mushroom garden soon as I have approx 150 logs 6”-8” dia by 4’ long. I also bought pink and Phoenix oyster sawdust for my other log garden. Tim

I had the spawn refrigerated until today 3/13/2026. I started using it to inoculate some oak logs. It looks great and I'm hopefu lthat I'll be harvesting some delicious shitake mushrooms later this fall. Depending upon the harvest I'll be ordering from you again. I've been hobby-growing these mushrooms since 1986.
