Culinary Lavender Extract - 100% Pure

Too mild in drinks, perhaps better for baking?

I purchased this as an experiment to mix with lemonade to make lavender lemonade. My hope was that the extract would provide a highly concentrated lavender flavor so I could concentrate the lemonade. It was however much more mild that I was hoping for at least in lemonade. I have not yet tried it in baking application so it might well be lovely in a muffin or scone.

Best quality Lavender Extract! I love to add this into my iced green tea; so relaxing and refreshing. It is the best in Chamomile tea at night. I am also loving the Lavender Maple Syrup on pancakes and waffles!
