I ordered 11 pins. Was sent 11 patches. I emailed and the pins were sent but there were only 10 pins. I did not bother trying to get the one remaining pin because you gifted me the 11 patches sent by mistake. Everyone was very courteous but our Scout office ordered 21 pins got patches, replacements were sent. We received those but again the wrong pins so I ordered separately to cover the participants we had promised pins. Technically 4 shipments and we never got the correct or complete items. I’m not sure what happened or why but the orders and packing slips showed the correct items. The packing process needs work. It’s very frustrating and adds unnecessary expense and wait time for all. Please take time to review your internal practices. I will continue to support LNT but its hard to support the online ordering when its so unreliable.
