A.M.B.A. Certified Meishan Pork Soup Bones

Very meaty bones, so good in stew! Highly recommend. They should be separated by something like parchment or wax paper before freezing because the whole pack is a frozen solid block. I don't use the whole pack at once for cooking, so it needed some 'manpower' to separate these while frozen.
