Kieffer pear damaged

My 6-7ft Kieffer Pear tree arrived damaged, I submitted the photos and customer service responded the same day that they will send a replacement. Today I received my replacement and the tree looks great. Definitely will purchase again!

Arrived well packaged and in good shape. Usually the root ball arrives pretty dried out from other mail order companies, and it dies in less than a year, but this one from Brighter Blooms was still moist considering the high temps. this summer, I was really surprised, good job Brighter Blooms. So far so good, new leaves are starting to push out which is a good sign. Hopefully I’ll have some pears next year!

Arrived damaged but it's doing OK

I was nervous when I saw the book arrived damaged. The tree inside was in okay shape, lots of yellow/brown leaves that have fallen since I put it in the ground but it seems to be doing well now. Hopefully I can give an update in the Spring. Charlotte, NC zone 7b
