Calling this “wired” is misleading. It uses USB (not permanently wired) and you don’t even include the USB plug, assuming I suppose, that everyone has a spare one lying around. I don’t like having things that run on USB (as opposed to just using it to charge) because the plugs usually get hot. This was going to be a gift but I will not give it. In addition, your customer service responded, said they would get back to me, and never did. Merry Christmas.
